A Fashion-Filled Day in London and Dublin!
How awesome was today? We got to see The Duchess of Sussex in THREE different outfits - plus a Buckingham Palace balcony moment with The Queen! This is truly an embarrassment of fashion riches. The only thing that will top this for me is her first post-wedding tiara/evening gown event (and please wear the Strathmore Rose Tiara, Chocolate Duchesss)!
Her Royal Highness started off the day with a massive Dior moment to attend a service celebrating 100 years of the Royal Air Force at Westminster Abbey followed by a reception at Buckingham Palace. This is my favorite look of all three, as it fits like a glove, is custom couture from head to toe, and brings so much old-school glamour. The Duchess' midnight blue dress, pumps, and clutch are all bespoke Dior, and her Stephen Jones fascinator was also made especially for her. The Audrey Hepburn vibes continue, and it is sooo working!
After the reception The Duke and Duchess of Sussex began their first overseas trip together as husband and wife. Chocolate Duchess stepped off the plane in Dublin looking immaculate in bespoke Givenchy separates, suede pumps, and carrying a structured Strathmore midi bag. This outfit actually looked like it was pretty comfortable as well.
Finally, The Sussex's ended their day sipping champagne at a garden party held at the home of the British ambassador in Dublin. Chocolate Duchess looked smashing in custom Emilia Wickstead (a classy nod given Wickstead's Twitter digs at her wedding dress), with her hair loose and carrying a satin minaudière from Givenchy. Her trusty Aquazzura 'Deneuve' pumps provided a flirtatious finish.
There is more to come tomorrow as Their Royal Highnesses begin a full day in Dublin. In the meantime, check out pictures from all of today's events right here: https://dailym.ai/2N5j3Wu
